Abstract:
This meeting mainly discussed the team bidding intention, clarified responsibilities, planned submission, and analyzed the [P2024‑16] virtual dressing room project.

5. Reviewed each bidding draft collaboratively and refined content.
6. Standardized formatting, terms, and packaged materials for submission.
