Abstract:
This series of meetings aimed to collaboratively review the entire workflow based on the current prototype, clarify open questions regarding functional and non-functional requirements, design tasks for newly introduced roles (e.g., administrator), finalize the questionnaire content, and assign upcoming research responsibilities including datasets and algorithm exploration.

Participants:

• Attendance: Three Online, Three Offline
• Chairperson and Secretary: Zixin Ding

Agenda & Main Discussions:

1. Workflow Review:
   • Walked through the whole system based on the prototype.
   • Identified inconsistencies and discussed standardization before proceeding with edits.
2. Functional & Non-Functional Requirements:
   • Discussed that requirements should align with core catalog features: try-on, search by description, personalized recommendation, efficient browsing.
   • Current segmentation may not match user scenarios and sequence flow; revision needed.
3. Questionnaire Design:
   • Brainstormed questions and phrasing styles.
   • Plan to complete and send draft to supervisor within the week, then begin data collection.
4. Administrator Role Integration:
   • Assigned updates to Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, and prototype pages.
5. Dataset & Algorithm Research:
   • Delegated tasks to explore academic resources, clothing datasets, image captioning models, and retrieval algorithms.
6. Midterm Report Planning:
   • Discussed agenda items and contributions required for drafting the midterm deliverables.

Prototype Adjustments (11.8):

• Removed visitor (unregistered) access.
• Added welcome/intro page before login.
• Updated “Reset Password” button to “Continue”.
• Added dropdown to security questions.
• Changed success pages to pop-ups.
• Admin password reset links to external contact page.
• Reorganized clothing categories: tops, summer wear, others.

Questionnaire Revisions (11.8):

• Added: outfit recommendation preferences.
• Added: number of history items to retain.
• Added: max items saved in wardrobe.

Prototype Logic Finalization (11.12):

• [Resolved] Unregistered browsing removed from interface logic.
• [Resolved] Outfit recommendation within item detail page limited to matching item pairs (e.g., recommend bottoms for tops).
