2024.12.19 Formal Meeting for Subsequent Implementation Assignment

Abstract:
This meeting focused on clarifying the implementation responsibilities for the winter break and post-holiday phase. Task inputs, expected outputs, development environment, and integration strategies were discussed, with each member assigned domain-specific duties.

Main Points and Decisions:

• Semester resumes in late February; two weeks are allocated for integration. Effective development time is estimated at 1.5 months.
• Tasks must have clearly defined inputs, outputs, environments, and implementation paths.
• One member should take responsibility for integration and be highly familiar with the system architecture.
• The member(s) designing the interface should also be responsible for integration and UI logic.
• Each member is required to list detailed personal tasks over the winter break in advance of further planning meetings.
• Tasks should be detailed and assume the availability of initial data.

• Q1: Does improving StableVITON rendering speed require algorithmic modification?
  A1: The original algorithm is complex and difficult to modify directly; consider optimization at the system or deployment level instead.
• Q2: Can we deploy a remote server or use university machines?
  A2: Feasibility of remote deployment and resource access needs further investigation.
