2025.01.16 Informal Meeting for Holiday Assignment Planning

Abstract:
This meeting outlined key implementation tasks to be completed during the winter break. Responsibilities and deadlines were confirmed, with an emphasis on understanding backend implementation and using API tools like Apifox. It was also agreed to hold weekly meetings every Wednesday (excluding Spring Festival week).

Participants:

• Attendance (Online): Zixin Ding, Zhihao Cao, Zihan Zhou, Jinghao Liu, Peini She
• Apologies of Absentee: Changhao Huang
• Chairperson and Secretary: Zhihao Cao, Zixin Ding

Main Points and Decisions:

• The semester starts at the end of February, allowing roughly two weeks for system integration.
• Tasks need to be clearly defined with inputs, outputs, environment setup, and implementation details.
• One member (especially those handling the UI) should be responsible for integration and have a good understanding of the software framework.
• Weekly meetings are to be held every Wednesday (excluding Spring Festival week).
• Unassigned but essential modules include:
  • Image Capture and Detection: Interface with camera API to verify full-body input and provide usage examples.
  • Save and Share Functions: Allow users to save favorite outfits and share via social platforms (API integration required).
• All members are responsible for backend development within their respective modules.

Action Points:

• All members must gain familiarity with Apifox and understand task details by 2025/1/19.
• Begin reviewing Flask backend concepts (refer to Year 2 semester 1 materials).
• Start designing and testing API endpoints (search and recommendation) using Apifox.
